The proprietor Peter Traeger has extensive experience in the training, assessment and development field. Peter has delivered a range of national qualifications and customised courses to clients over many years.

Peter became conversant with the AQTF, AQF and the Vocation Education and Training sector whilst working in the Defence Force.  During this time, Peter managed and supervised a Competency Mangagement Cell (CMC) and conducted on the job training for many roles within the Defence Force. 

From here,  Peter established a successful training consultancy business.

Over the last few years Peter has established a wide and comprehensive network of associates able to assist in carrying out a range of nationally recognised or enterprise training, assessment and consultancy services.  Peter is extremely selective when choosing associate's as he takes great pride in his personal business and expects those who work with him to display the same high work standard.

Peter goes about his business in a methodical and timely manner to ensure that each client is provided with the highest standard of work.
